Add Booked Time to a Calendar

Booked time is time that is not job- or task-related, such as a client meeting. You can add booked time using this procedure. Booked time is displayed in yellow on the calendar grid.

To add booked time to a calendar, complete the following steps:

  1. Click Menu > Manage Agency > Staff Scheduler.
  2. On the Staff Scheduler page, use the staff tree view to select the employee for whom you want to schedule booked time.
  3. In the Staff Scheduler sidebar, click the Booked Time tab.
  4. In the Type field, choose the type of allocation, such as Client Meeting.
  5. In the Description field, enter more information about the allocation. For example, you might add the location and subject of a meeting.
  6. In the Duration fields, specify the duration in days and hours.
  7. Select the Editable by Everyone check box if you want anyone who has access to the calendar to be able to edit the allocation (optional).
  8. Click and hold Drag to Create New, then drag it onto the calendar to the appropriate time slot.
  9. Click Save.
